As a Quality Supplier Manager, you will be part of a global team that works collaboratively to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

Job Description

The Quality Supplier Manager will be responsible for managing the quality performance of key suppliers, ensuring they meet ASML's quality standards and expectations. This includes:

  • Supplier Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on product quality, delivery, and other key metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in supplier quality management processes and develop plans to address them.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including supply chain teams, quality assurance teams, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in managing supplier quality performance, preferably in complex High-Tech and low-volume industries.
  • Experience in quality improvement and operational excellence in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Optical, Industrial) or a related field.
