Customer Support Representative Opportunity in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a unique chance for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Greece. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your professional skills while experiencing the beauty of Greece.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service, documenting customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers through email, phone, and chat.
  • Offer accurate information regarding our company's products and services while resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support is beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented focus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a proper home office setup.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the duration of the contract.
