Coty is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Director to lead our Global Process team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the organization, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global HR processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Lead the design and implementation of HR systems and tools to support business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and manage HR budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR processes and systems.
- Proven experience in HR operations and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
