Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain Coty's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs across all regions and functions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to SOPs
- Provide training and support to local HR teams and Accenture Shared Service Centers
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement process improvements
- Drive process simplification initiatives to improve productivity and user experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Accenture SSC SMEs and experts
- BS degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations and Global Payroll Management
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strategic and comprehensive vision of HR-wide processes
- Global mindset and cultural awareness
- Experience as a GPO global lead or similar role
- Project management skills
- Payroll and HR admin functional knowledge
- Technology understanding
