Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Mechatronics Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in integrating mechanical, electronic, and control systems to ensure seamless operation of our LIFT (Laser-Induced Forward Transfer) technology. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly evolving field with significant potential for growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-On Approach: Take a hands-on approach to prototype assembly, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the successful implementation of mechatronic systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Mechanical Engineers, Software Engineers, and Researchers, to achieve seamless integration of mechatronic components.
  • Control System Design: Contribute to the design and implementation of control systems, ensuring precision and reliability in the printing process.
  • System Integration: Lead the integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to create a cohesive and efficient printing equipment system.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of mechatronic systems, ensuring they meet quality and performance requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in mechatronic systems, and implement enhancements to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, assembly instructions, and technical reports.

Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in mechatronic system design and integration, preferably in the printing or precision equipment industry, is essential. Hands-on mentality, proficiency in control system design and implementation, and strong problem-solving skills are also required.

Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
