Job Summary

This role is part of the Group Risk & Compliance team and reports to the Inter IKEA Group Risk & Compliance Manager. In this position, you will lead and guide Inter IKEA Group on its global insurance program, indirectly leading the insurance agenda for the entire Inter IKEA Group.

Responsibilities include:

  • Securing an adequate and optimal cost-effective global insurance program based on the risk profile and risk appetite.
  • Leading the insurance network/matrix of relevant stakeholders.
  • Advising, instructing, and training on insurance matters and claims handling for relevant stakeholders within Inter IKEA Group.
  • Monitoring the global insurance program contract performance in cooperation with the core business responsible.
  • Managing insurance data to analyze and facilitate the decision of the Insurance Forum and Finance Committee regarding risk transfer.
  • Coordinating and monitoring IKEA Blue, a tailored insurance risk grading tool.

Additional Information

This role is full-time (40 hours per week) and based in Delft, the Netherlands. It sits in the Business Performance & Support Organisation (CFO organisation) of Inter IKEA Group and reports to the Risk & Compliance Manager of Inter IKEA Group.
