We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients' customers and potential prospects, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional user experience.
Our client aims to make wealth management transparent and accessible for every investor. They combine the power of digital technology with the convenience of personal contact. With your fluency in both Dutch and French, we can provide the right support and service to all customers.
You will be passionate about delivering great service and ensuring customer inquiries received through various channels such as chat, email, and phone are handled thoroughly. You will maintain up-to-date customer records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. If additional information is needed, you will request it from the customer.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers and potential prospects primarily through the chat function but also via phone and email.
- Ensure customers have a smooth experience: assist with account openings, verify whether all required information has been received, and check customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. If additional information is needed, you will request it from the customer.
- Act as the primary contact person for the custodian bank, where customers' investment accounts are held.
- Accurately document all interactions and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with
- Fluency in both Dutch and French (essential for the role).
- Experience in customer service and/or strong affinity with customer interaction.
- Some knowledge of investments, annuity, or pension products is a plus.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
- Strong administrative skills and a hands-on attitude.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evening or weekend shifts.
