Job Summary

ASML is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our MPC team. The successful candidate will work closely with employees and management to provide solid advice and feedback on HR topics, driving business growth and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Work strategically with business leaders to identify and deploy creative workforce solutions to key business challenges;
- Advise the business on people and organizational issues that contribute to growth and competitiveness;
- Contribute to the growth and development of people leaders to execute against organizational talent needs;
- Advise and facilitate in team and organizational performance and design, as well as change management;
- Drive HR people plan, deploy HR policies, and help the business run HR operations;
- Advocate organizational values and coach leaders and employees on right behaviors.

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master Degree in HRM or organizational/business studies;
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with proven track record as a business partner;
- Knowledge in People Performance Management, Talent & Succession Management, Recruitment, and operational expertise;
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation;
- Fluent English language skills.
