Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trader Graduate to join our expanding sales trading team in Amsterdam. As a Sales Trader Graduate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying trade opportunities, and executing trades.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively build and maintain client relationships through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and execute trade opportunities, staying up-to-date with market trends and financial news.
- Provide daily pricing and insights to clients through messaging systems.
- Monitor markets and stay informed about new products and procedures.
- Meet revenue targets and contribute to the growth of OTC Flow's market share.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Financial markets experience, preferably in a broker role.
- Native-level proficiency in English or one of the following languages: German, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a commercial attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, with a proactive and resilient approach.
- A fast-growing, international working environment in the heart of Amsterdam.
- A young and ambitious team with a strong focus on success and growth.
- A 6-month training program to develop your skills and knowledge as a Sales Trader.
