About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Manager to join our team at Bulletproof. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective client-centric strategies
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow client relationships and revenue
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism
  • Oversee the development and distribution of client-facing documents, including agendas, status reports, and timelines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the design or creative industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the design industry and market trends
  • Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions
