Biotech Quality Assurance Manager

Als Quality Assurance Manager bent u verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitszorgafdeling van een middelgroot biotechbedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de ontwikkeling en productie van innovatieve geneesmiddelen. U leidt een team van +/- 10 QA-officieren en ondersteunende medewerkers, waarbij u ervoor zorgt dat het bedrijf voldoet aan de verschillende kwaliteitsregels en -richtlijnen, waaronder GxP en meerdere ISO-normen.
De belangrijkste taak in deze positie is het motiveren van uw team en het inspireren van een kwaliteitsgerichte mindset vanuit de managementlaag tot aan de werkvloer door middel van uitstekende kennis en communicatieve vaardigheden. In deze positie speelt u een centrale rol bij het verhogen van de kwaliteit en het vereenvoudigen van de compliance om het werk voor laboratorium- en productiepersoneel gemakkelijker te maken. Wij zoeken een competent Quality Manager met de volgende achtergrond:
- MSc-achtergrond in Life Science, Pharma, Biomedische Wetenschappen, Kwaliteitsmanagement of soortgelijke opleiding (HBO met passende ervaring in QA en leiderschap wordt ook in overweging genomen)
- 5+ jaar ervaring als QA-officier, met extra leiderschaps- of managementverantwoordelijkheden
- Proven succesvol leiderschap
- Uitstekende kennis van GMP, ISO-normen en ervaring in het verbeteren van de compliance met deze normen
- Uitstekende mensenmanagement- en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Hoog niveau Nederlands, commando van het Engels wordt als een pluspunt beschouwd
