Customer Information Group Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Information Group (CIG) team in Terneuzen, Netherlands. As a Customer Information Group Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers, channel partners, prospects, and general stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Manage client contact and handle questions and requests related to technical, regulatory, sample, and literature information.
- Ensure that all customer enquiries are documented and meet performance and service standards.
- Utilize business and process expertise to increase service levels and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage a complex workload and prioritize activities effectively.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Product Stewards, Regulatory teams, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team, promoting learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum vocational degree (MBO-4) required.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or relevant role, with strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate verbally with customers and management.
- Commercial skills, including the ability to identify sales opportunities and act upon them.
- Ability to operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency, including CRM, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to adapt and implement new procedures as required to provide excellent customer service.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
