At ING Business Banking, we are seeking an experienced Lending Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in commercial real estate financing, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their goals.

We are redefining banking and we need intelligent, determined people like you to help us succeed.

Your responsibilities

  • You will be the commercial and expert specialist within your Client Service Team (CST) when it comes to real estate lending.
  • You will advise Business Banking customers with mostly complex real estate financing issues.
  • You will have end-to-end responsibility for the entire chain of finance options.
  • You will ensure sound coordination between all relevant specialists from other ING departments/business units.
  • You will contribute to proactive credit management and the continuous improvement of our services and processes.

Your requirements

  • A HBO or university degree is required.
  • Knowledge or experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
  • In-depth specialist knowledge of complex financing issues and business credit facilities is essential.
  • Sound (credit) analytical and numeric skills are necessary.
  • An excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English is required.

What we offer

  • A salary of approximately €60,000 per year, commensurate with your qualities and experience.
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses.
  • 24 days of paid holiday.
  • Thirteenth month.
  • Pension accrual.
  • A contribution to the individual savings scheme (BIS) of 3.5% of your gross annual salary.
  • 8% holiday pay.
