Head of HR Advice

We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven HR-professional die onze organisatie kan helpen bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-strategieën. Als Head of HR Advice ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en advisering over en van de uitvoering van verschillende HR-vraagstukken binnen ons kantoor.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Leiding geven aan een team van zes personen en coachen bij hun ontwikkeling;
  • Meerdere grote strategische HR-projecten leiden en implementeren;
  • Draagvlak binnen de organisatie creëren en het team begeleiden om tot executie te komen;
  • Formele besluitvormingsprocessen leiden met onze stakeholders en hen regelmatig op de hoogte houden van de voortgang;
  • Vertegenwoordigen van HR bij de OR en contacten op (internationaal) managementniveau onderhouden;
  • HR-vraagstukken binnen kantoor schakelen met de Board, de OR en de HR Commissie.
Vereisten
  • 10+ jaar werkervaring, waarvan minstens 3 jaar in soortgelijke posities;
  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Bekendheid binnen de juridische wereld en een juridische achtergrond;
  • Kunnen de vertaling maken van wet- en regelgeving naar HR-beleid;
  • Een people manager zijn en goed sturing en leiding kunnen geven aan een team;
  • Ervaring op het gebied van projectmanagement;
  • Ervaring op het gebied van HR- en organisatieontwikkeling en een goede dosis vlieguren op het gebied van verander management en stakeholdermanagement in een partner gestuurde omgeving;
  • Een boodschap kunnen overbrengen met het oog voor draagvlak en samenwerking;
  • Een stevige gesprekspartner zijn, proactief en organisatiesensitief, denken out of the box, een vlotte pen hebben en goed kunnen werken met complexe data en deze op een heldere wijze uiteenzetten.
