As a Customer Service Expert at Undutchables, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our European consumers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support through various channels, including live chat, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service to consumers via live chat, email, and social media.
- Decide whether a question, comment, or complaint should be handled online or offline.
- Document your activities in our ERP and CRM systems.
- Propose improvements and recognize opportunities in response to consumer questions and processes.
Requirements
- You have customer service experience.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are empathetic and flexible.
- You have excellent English and German language skills.
- You have affinity with social media.
- You think ahead and dare to take the initiative.
- You are available 32-40 hours per week.
