Chief Sales Officer - EMEA & APAC

Zycus is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive Enterprise Sales in the EMEA & APAC region. As our SaaS Sales Leader, you will lead a high-performing sales team and develop sales strategies to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate large enterprise accounts across EMEA, mentoring and inspiring a high-performing software sales team.
  • Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed revenue targets, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Customer Acquisition: Oversee customer acquisition strategies to expand the customer base in EMEA.
  • Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance revenue streams, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Implement metrics and KPIs to assess and improve sales performance, utilizing data analytics to gain insights into market trends and customer behavior.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets, providing regular reports to executive leadership on sales performance.
  • Innovation and Adaptation: Stay abreast of industry trends and market shifts to identify opportunities for innovation, leading the organization in adapting to changing market conditions.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of sales leadership experience with a successful track record in selling large deals of 1 million+ ARR.
  • A proven track record of leading teams selling SaaS/Cloud enterprise software to large enterprises and global companies.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing a geographically distributed team and managing in a virtual environment.
  • Strong track record of successfully implementing revenue strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
