About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for independently managing HR operations for the Dutch region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees in the Dutch region, addressing their administrative needs, including payroll, pensions, social security, and time tracking.
  • Create a positive experience for new hires and departing employees during onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Accurately oversee payroll and pension processes for both local and international employees, ensuring timely and precise information is provided to all relevant parties.
  • Maintain current personnel records, monitor time and absence, and manage leave policies to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure data accuracy within the Workday HRIS system and synchronize with external payroll systems.
  • Prepare recurring and one-time reports, contracts, amendments, and other essential documents.
  • Assist in recruitment administration and local recruitment activities.
  • Develop and implement best practices in line with departmental policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, health, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • You will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with managers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience.
