DHL Global Forwarding, a leading provider of international logistics solutions, is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist to join their Control Tower team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, administrative tasks, and phone calls, ensuring top-notch service to our customers.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from DHL Global Forwarding Netherlands, international branches, and other DHL business units to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Manage incoming emails and phone calls, performing related administrative tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Maintain close daily contact with customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest quality service.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions with a customer-focused approach.
  • Manage and update daily tracking reports, ensuring accurate and timely information for customers and stakeholders.
  • Work independently, taking initiative to investigate root causes of delays and risks, and implementing proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to performance reporting and process optimization.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • A competitive salary between €14,06 and €20,87, depending on education and experience.
  • On saturday you get 150% and on Sunday 200% allowance.
  • Parttime position for a longer period of time - Saturday and/or Sunday from 9:00 to 1pm.
  • Weekly or 4-weekly remuneration via Olympia.
  • A varied position in a growing, healthy company with many opportunities for growth.
  • Internal training at DHL.
  • Pension scheme of which Olympia pays the basic premium.
  • Travel allowance from 5km and higher.
  • Stipp pension.
  • 8,33% vacation allowance.
