Your Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base in the Dutch market and independently acquiring new business clients, particularly in the bike fleet and e-bike sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Manage and expand our customer base in the Dutch market
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts in collaboration with our team
  • Represent SMARTVÉLO at trade fairs and events to strengthen brand presence
  • Conduct market research and identify trends to create new business opportunities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Initial experience in sales, ideally in mobility, bicycles, or related industries
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a keen sense of customer needs
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the Netherlands and to Germany
  • Self-driven and structured working style with high intrinsic motivation
