Key Responsibilities- Ensure alignment of strategic agenda between AFH culinary & commercial teams globally.
- Align best-in-class routines between commercial and culinary teams and deploy them globally.
- Establish consistent KPIs to measure results delivered by KH culinary teams and deploy methodology globally.
- Execute the chef-led model with excellence and consistency globally, building and deploying toolkits as an enabler.
- Define the value our culinary teams can create to support our overall innovation agenda, building a plan to drive capabilities and track success.
- Develop career plans for global culinary teams, ensuring insight into career progression opportunities and required skills.
- Define the role our culinary teams play in supporting brand activations in AFH, such as Heinz Selection.
- Support strategies to unlock global partnerships across key AFH customers.
- Represent Kraft Heinz in external audiences, including conferences and industry events.
- Strong sales experience across multiple channels, with a deep understanding of creating value for commercial partners and building mutually beneficial joint value plans.
- Effective communication skills to listen, understand, and influence key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ability to identify and execute best-in-class ways of working across large multi-functional global teams.
- Strong understanding of financials, budgets, and P&Ls, with the ability to identify and track KPIs.
- Preferable experience working with culinary teams or chefs.
