Automation Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Engineer to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the Southern region of the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers to ensure successful implementation of Emerson's automation solutions
- Collaborate with the Benelux Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Manage customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize profit
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Emerson's automation products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Participate in trade shows, fairs, and conferences to promote Emerson's products and services
- Engineering bachelor degree or comparable technical education
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in Industrial and Factory Automation Industry
- Fluent in Dutch and good English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
