Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Management Assistant to support the Senior Vice President and Management Team of Business Unit Western Europe.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the SVP and management team, including agenda and meeting management, travel planning, and visitor logistics.
- Manage complex agendas and reschedule as needed.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations using PowerPoint.
- Participate in management meetings and take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Organize international meetings and workshops, including booking meeting rooms, travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth technical setup.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Manage office operations, including mail, telephone, and visitor management.
