We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Executive to join our team at Melitta Group. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving our company's partner strategy and growth in the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement partner growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our market presence.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners, identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that align with our company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Ensure partner-sourced business is tracked and reported accurately, providing regular updates to the business development team.
  • Oversee the partner portfolio pipeline, working closely with the Partner Account Executive to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners' success, providing enablement, education, and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing agency partners in a SaaS environment.
  • Prior experience in HR Tech space is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
  • Proven track record in partner account management, with a deep understanding of partner ecosystems.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
