About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to join our team at HiBob. As a Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and shaping our channel partnership programs, supporting the company's fast growth, with a focus on our Benelux markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Benelux region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align partner engagement strategies with business objectives
  • Develop and implement partner onboarding and enablement programs to drive successful partner adoption and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular reporting and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing channel sales or tech partner programs in a SaaS company
  • Fluency in Dutch is essential
  • Knowledge of partner referral programs and partner marketing strategies
  • Experience in HR tech related fields is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business insights and inform decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer-centric mindset
