Live Game Operations Manager

Pearl Abyss Europe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live Game Operations Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our live games, including Black Desert and upcoming titles such as Crimson Desert, DokeV, and PLAN 8.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute operational plans and goals, monitoring and regularly reporting on live service issues
- Collaborate with senior management, providing reports and updates for operational projects and tasks
- Lead projects from planning to execution, managing the entire scope of the project from defining objectives to post-analysis
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Professional level fluency in English
- Ability to excel in a team environment, ability to build/maintain positive relationships through strong collaboration efforts
- Technical knowledge of online game live services
- Professional and mature demeanor along with strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives and priorities
- Professional level fluency in Korean
- Avid Black Desert Online player
- Passion for video games
- Experience with Slack, Google Docs, Microsoft Office software as a service platform
