Live-Service Game Master Position Overview

Pearl Abyss Europe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live-Service Game Master to join our team in Europe. As a Live-Service Game Master, you will be responsible for monitoring the game's live-service, handling day-to-day operations, and interacting with players to ensure a seamless gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the game's live-service, ensuring a stable and enjoyable experience for players.
  • Handle day-to-day operations, including server maintenance, content updates, and issue resolution.
  • Interact with players through various channels, providing support and feedback to ensure a positive gaming experience.
  • Collaborate with the community team to design and execute in-game events, promoting player engagement and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest game updates and patches, providing support and guidance to players.

Requirements

  • Native level of English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the video game industry, preferably in live-ops, community management, or related fields
  • Extensive knowledge and gameplay experience of MMORPGs
  • Strong customer service ethic and excellent communication skills
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow
