Job Title: Live-Service Game Master

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Live-Service Game Master to join our team at Pearl Abyss Europe. As a Live-Service Game Master, you will be responsible for monitoring the game's live-service, handling day-to-day tasks, and interacting with players to ensure a seamless gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the game's live-service and handle day-to-day tasks
  • Assist with server maintenance and content updates
  • Report on live-service issues and player feedback
  • Respond to live game issues and create notices as needed
  • Assist in creating and executing in-game events
  • Work closely with live-ops specialists, customer support, and community managers to improve the game
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest game updates to support the player base
  • Investigate and document game exploits, bugs, and technical issues

Requirements:

  • Native level of English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the video game industry, especially in CS, QA, live-ops community management, or related field
  • Extensive knowledge and gameplay experience of MMORPG
  • Prior experience interacting with gaming communities
  • Technical knowledge of online game live service
  • Strong customer service ethic and great inter-personal communication skills
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Professional and mature demeanor along with strong time-management and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Avid Black Desert Online player
  • Project management experience or related certificates
  • Graphic design or video production/editing skills
  • Proficiency in Korean
