Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Live-Service Game Operations Specialist to join our team at Pearl Abyss Europe. This role will be responsible for monitoring the game's live-service, handling day-to-day operations tasks, and engaging players through in-game events.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the game's live-service and handle day-to-day operations tasks using internal tools
- Assist with server maintenance and content updates
- Report on live-service issues and player feedback
- Respond to live game issues and write notices when necessary
- Collaborate with other teams to create and execute in-game events
- Stay up-to-date on the latest game updates to provide proper support to players

Requirements

- Native-level English fluency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the video game industry, particularly in CS, QA, live-ops, community management, or related fields
- Extensive knowledge and gameplay experience of MMORPGs
- Prior experience interacting with gaming communities
- Technical knowledge of online game live services
- Strong customer service ethic and great interpersonal communication skills
- Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow

Salary and Benefits
