Live-Service Game Master

Pearl Abyss Europe B.V. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live-Service Game Master to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our live-ops team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our games, including Black Desert Online, Shadow Arena, and upcoming titles such as Crimson Desert, DokeV, and PLAN 8.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain the game's live-service, including server maintenance and content updates.
- Collect and analyze player feedback, and engage with the community to design and execute in-game events.
- Work closely with community managers, customer support staff, and other live-ops specialists to ensure a seamless player experience.
- Investigate and document game exploits, bugs, and technical issues, and provide solutions to resolve them.
- Review customer support tickets and investigate reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Native or bilingual level of German.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the video game industry, preferably in CS, QA, live-ops community management, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge and gameplay experience of MMORPGs.
- Prior experience interacting with gaming communities.
- Strong customer service ethic and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Professional and mature demeanor, with strong time-management and organization skills.
- Avid Black Desert Online player.
- Project management experience or related certifications.
- Graphic design or video production/editing skills.
- Proficiency in Korean.
