Role Summary: As a Senior Operations Process Leader, you will be instrumental in aligning and refining our processes across different business units, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and inclusivity. Collaboration and Integration with Terminals:
Collaborate with business process owners across various units to promote end-to-end process alignment. Ensure processes are synchronized to achieve common business objectives, making informed trade-offs.Coordination with Product Development:
Partner with product managers to integrate process considerations throughout the product lifecycle. Focus on process mapping from initial concept to full implementation and necessary revisions.General Responsibilities:
Ensure process alignment and compliance in collaboration with terminals and global operations teams. Maintain current and accessible process documentation. Identify and pursue opportunities for process enhancements, utilizing automation and digital tools. Monitor, track, and communicate challenges and process discrepancies. Educate and train teams on the significance of processes.Skills & Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to achieve consensus among diverse groups. Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings for large, varied audiences. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Effective stakeholder management capabilities. Proficiency in documenting processes, composing reports, and maintaining plans. Familiarity with business process tools and software, preferably Marvel or Aris. A collaborative team player, capable of engaging across multiple functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Understanding of and experience with lean principles.
