As the new Enterprise Channel Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on acquiring and nurturing relationships with ICT resellers in the Netherlands. You will guide these partners in integrating and marketing advanced audio and video collaboration solutions to their corporate end-users, which may include local, international, and global clients.
Team Dynamics
This role is based in the Netherlands, where you will collaborate closely with the Jabra Netherlands Sales and Marketing team to expand our business in a thriving market. You will play a crucial role in the Netherlands region and report directly to the Channel Sales Manager for Benelux.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a channel sales strategy for the Netherlands.
- Analyze sales performance and strategically plan related activities, including forecasting and pipeline management.
- Set and achieve goals for assigned channel partners.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust network within the channel partner ecosystem.
- Deliver product and sales training sessions.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives within the designated accounts.
- Provide support at events, trade shows, and webinars with a focus on channel insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the Netherlands ICT and AV channel markets.
- Sales expertise in engaging with channel partners and end-users, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Familiarity with AV solutions, video technologies, and telecommunications.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to capture, process, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Effective collaboration across all management levels, both internally and externally.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% within the Netherlands.
