About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Technical Project Lead to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for leading packaging projects from concept to implementation, ensuring successful launches in time, quality, and budget.

About the Role

You will report to our Europe Senior Packaging Manager and manage a team of Packaging Technical Project Leaders. In a matrix organization, you will also be part of the Europe Export and Commercial Markets (EECM) R&D team.

Main Accountabilities
  • Contribute to define and implement the R&D and local and regional Innovation-Renovation and Sustainability strategic plans.
  • Accountable for packaging projects from concept to implementation on site, whether they are innovations, renovations to bring added value or to save costs, social/environmental responsible or they are part of quality or production improvement projects or implementation of new bottling lines.
Requirements
  • Packaging/Science background with a quality mindset.
  • Leadership and business acumen.
  • Understanding of packaging technologies and processes.
  • Solid FMCG or industrial environment experience.
  • Project management skills with ability to prioritise and think on their feet.
  • Ability to influence across wide array of teams (R&D, New product development, Sales, Marketing, Procurement).
  • Collaborative style that thinks team first.
  • Good understanding and experience on bottling process is desired.
