Position Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the upkeep of sophisticated medical devices utilized in various healthcare environments, including laboratories and clinics. Your primary objective will be to ensure optimal service delivery by swiftly addressing any technical challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues with medical equipment.
  • Resolve malfunctions and restore equipment functionality efficiently, whether remotely or on-site.
  • Provide insightful guidance to clients regarding the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Compile comprehensive reports and documentation detailing the work performed.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with team members while adhering to stringent safety protocols to guarantee high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in servicing and maintaining medical devices, ideally in laboratory settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
  • Dedication to maintaining safety standards and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
  • Possession of a valid driving license B.
