About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Digital Service Development and Delivery team at Marel. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing technical and production data to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer process performance to identify performance losses, abnormalities, and trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Train customers on the use of digital analytics solutions and interpret data correctly.
  • Support customers with data-related questions and provide expert advice.
  • Develop and present reports to customers and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify technical and technological problems and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Provide 3rd line support for customers experiencing issues with digital analytics solutions.
  • Improve standard customer reporting and dashboarding, and translate customer and internal stakeholder requirements into design specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but we encourage candidates with a strong technical background who want to grow into this role.
