We are in search of a proficient Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in BI Tooling, particularly Tableau. Your role will involve addressing the data and analytics needs of various stakeholders by crafting detailed dashboards, reports, and visualizations on the Tableau Cloud platform.
This position demands a solid grasp of data analysis coupled with exceptional communication skills to facilitate data-driven decision-making. This is a remarkable opportunity to refine your skills and play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate robust relationships and adeptly manage competing priorities across different business units.
- Dashboard Creation: Employ Tableau (Cloud) or similar BI tools to design and oversee intricate data visualizations and dashboards.
- Data Evaluation: Collect and scrutinize data to deliver actionable insights that align with business goals.
- Training and Support: Offer comprehensive training and assistance to the European Business Development division and its users to enhance data-driven decision-making, ensuring all divisional needs are fulfilled.
- Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and dependability.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work harmoniously with diverse teams across various functions and locations.
- Requirements Analysis: Identify, assess, and translate complex business requirements into actionable Tableau Cloud dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Tableau Promotion: Advocate for the use of Tableau Cloud and nurture a data-driven culture within the organization.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Project Manager, or Developer in BI Tool Implementation or a similar capacity.
- A solid understanding of data analytics and business intelligence principles, with an emphasis on performance analysis.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.
- The role encompasses aspects of a product owner, necessitating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train non-technical audiences to enhance the adoption of BI/Tableau dashboards.
- Efficient in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with outstanding organizational skills, capable of working independently or collaboratively.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
