Job Title: Main Delivery Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Main Delivery Owner to join our team at ASML. As a Main Delivery Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans for assigned work pillars and packages
  • Hold regular meetings to provide information, identify interdependencies, and secure cross-sector alignment
  • Lead and track internal team activities according to project plan
  • Organize and manage activities with relevant manufacturers and suppliers
  • Drive and lead the team to complete deliverables while presenting pertinent information to key stakeholders
  • Anticipate challenges and roadblocks, and create action plans to keep the project on track
  • Align with cross-sectors on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery
  • Communicate and report upward and downward on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar Engineering degree
  • >2 years of experience in high-tech industry, preferably in engineering or project management environment
  • Solid technical background in one or more of the following hardware disciplines: mechatronics, mechanics, optics, or machine conditioning
Skills:
  • Ability to plan and set priorities, and work independently
  • Capable of dealing with resistance and influencing without power
  • Result-driven, with ownership and accountability
  • Self-assured, capable of convincing people at higher management levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work pleasantly with people from different backgrounds and hierarchical levels
  • Think broad, learn fast, take responsibility, act decisive, and show critical sense
  • Strong communicator in English
  • Pragmatic and proactive initiating attitude
