Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Team Lead

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of Multi-Disciplinary Tooling (MDT) tooling creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of MDT tooling creation
  • Develop and implement effective project plans and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in mechanical engineering and MDT tooling creation
Requirements:
  • MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and team leadership
  • Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering and MDT tooling creation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
