Job Title: Senior Test Lead

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Lead to join our Mechanical Development team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead a team of mechanical designers in a project setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for specifying, designing, and testing main frame constructions and service mechanisms within the constraints of technical specifications, costs, and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 5-10 people in designing and testing mechanical systems and sub-systems.
  • Plan and coordinate team activities to achieve hardware deliverables according to the project plan.
  • Solve complex problems based on deep and broad content knowledge.
  • Manage risks and customer requirements.
  • Develop individual team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a development and engineering organization, with at least 3 years of experience in leading design teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary project environment.
