About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Team Lead to lead a team of mechanical designers in project settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in leading design teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 5-10 people in project settings
  • Plan and coordinate team activities to realize hardware deliverables according to project plans
  • Solve complex technical problems based on deep knowledge of mechanical engineering
  • Provide guidance on technical issues and manage risks
  • Develop individual team members and incorporate externally designed modules
  • Support production and customer engineering processes

Requirements

  • Technical University master's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in development and engineering organizations, with at least 3 years of experience in leading design teams
  • Broad knowledge of mechanics, including construction principles, statics, dynamics, and thermal
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturability of mechanical parts and technical communication with suppliers

About ASML

This role is part of the Mechanical Architecture EUV team, responsible for engineering main frame constructions, service mechanisms, system enclosures, and system-to-fab interfaces for our next-generation products.
