Job Title: Team Leader for Multi-Disciplinary Tooling

ASML is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our Mechanical Engineering team in the creation of Multi-Disciplinary Tooling (MDT). The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in leading teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage work breakdown structures and project plans to ensure timely delivery of MDT projects.
  • Lead and manage a team of 6-9 FTEs, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement effective team management strategies to drive performance, availability, cost, and timing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and software development.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring transparency and timely escalation to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • MSc or BSc in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading designers, integrators, and analysts in mechanical/mechatronics domains.
  • Experience in Agile change leadership and team management.
