Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

As a Senior Customer Service Representative at DSV, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, handling recaps, and preparing weekly and monthly reports. Your ability to adapt flexibly to unexpected situations and identify disruptions will be key to your success in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify disruptions and inform clients in a timely manner of expected delays or changes
Keep a close eye on reports, investigate discrepancies, and assist with escalations
Process improvement, contributing to improving and drafting work instructions to enhance efficiency

About You:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language. Knowledge of warehouse processes, such as inbound, outbound, and value-added services, is a plus. What We Offer:

Salary tailored to your knowledge and experience, ranging from €2600,- to €3200,-
28 vacation days per year and 8% holiday pay
