About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Associate to join our team in Benelux. As an FP&A Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the local FP&A Lead, FD, and Local Excom in preparing financial reports, analyzing performance, and planning and reporting Marketing & Sales budgets and OPEX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the FP&A Manager in preparing OL, LE, and ASP financial reports
  • Analyze performance of plans versus actuals
  • Plan and report Marketing & Sales budgets and OPEX
  • Support with excise modeling, ensure accurate price setup and compliance with company operating guidelines
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects within the market
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
  • Financial qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is an advantage
  • Preferably financial analysis or controlling experience in a multinational company (FMCG would serve as an advantage)
  • Fluent English
  • MS Office, SAP or similar ERP system experience is an advantage
