Capital Equipment and Customer Care Analytics Product Lead

The Capital Equipment and Customer Care Product Owner will be responsible for driving the deployment of data analytics and reporting solutions for capital equipment and customer care globally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and data analytics needs.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet business process needs and customer requirements.
- Identify strategic opportunities to improve operational efficiency and optimize business processes.
- Partner with global and local teams to leverage expertise and solutions.
- Drive change management and adoption of standard solutions.
- Technical degree or equivalent working experience.
- Experience leading/managing teams directly or in a matrix format (at least 2 years).
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience in SAP and its processes a plus.
