Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy & Data Consultant to join our Human Resources team at Schiphol Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing HR data, conducting research, and providing valuable insights to improve the effectiveness of our HR strategies and projects.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with our company's overall goals. You will also be responsible for:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Developing reports and dashboards to provide insights to senior management.
  • Supporting management in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Conducting benchmark studies and best practices to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinating and executing HR projects, including coordinating activities and tracking deadlines.
  • Assisting in developing strategic HR plans and initiatives, such as the Strategic HR Framework.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy.
  • A strong affinity for HR topics and experience in business management or strategy consulting.
  • Experience working in a dynamic organization with a complex stakeholder landscape.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, a 13th month, and the possibility of working 4 x 9 hours a week with a 36-hour workweek. You will also receive 180 vacation hours and 14.4 diversity hours, which you can use to take an extra day off on a day of your choice.
