Drive Business Value with SAP

As a Value Advisor at SAP, you will play a key role in defining and tracking the value proposition of our capabilities to customers. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand client growth strategies, analyzing market context, and developing business cases using value selling techniques. You will also leverage industry insights to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive profitable growth. With a strong focus on business-IT alignment, you will foster collaboration between business and IT teams to ensure strategic goals are met.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop business cases and financial analysis for clients, applying value selling techniques and industry expertise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client growth strategies and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead value engagements across every stage, ensuring value realization and continuous monitoring and optimization.
  • Drive business and IT alignment in large accounts, fostering collaboration and promoting business-IT synergies.

What You Bring:

  • 10-15+ years of professional experience in Sales/Consulting/Industry/Line of Business, with at least 5 years in strategy/management consulting.
  • Proven track record in business case creation, financial analysis, and process improvement.
  • Executive presence, communication, and relationship management skills to act as a trusted business advisor.
  • Customer-facing experience, including managing business and IT alignment, executive interview techniques, and design and facilitation of executive workshops.
  • Strong quantitative background and experience in account management and engagement design.
  • Advanced knowledge of value selling methodology & processes, opportunities, value chain and ecosystem analyses experience.
  • Industry expertise in either High Tech, Industrial Manufacturing, Utilities, Service Industry is preferred.
  • Master's degree.

You will work with a diverse team of professionals who are experts in SAP solutions, end-to-end processes, and deployment methodologies. Collaboration will be with cross-functional (and cross-geo) teams in matrix structures to deliver value to our customers.

Location:

This role is based in the Netherlands due to customer proximity requirements. We can only consider candidates who will not require relocation.
