As we navigate this exciting phase of growth, we invite a dedicated and skilled Financial Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will be essential in shaping our financial roadmap and ensuring our ongoing success.

A Typical Day:

As our Financial Strategy Consultant, you will start your day in a collaborative environment, engaging with team members to share insights and align on strategic financial objectives. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you prepare comprehensive financial reports that provide a clear picture of our fiscal health and future opportunities.

Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing budgeting and forecasting initiatives, where you will balance ambition with realism, identifying avenues for growth and optimization.

In addition, you will liaise with external auditors to uphold our commitment to regulatory compliance and transparency, ensuring that our financial practices reflect our dedication to excellence.

Day-to-day operations will also involve managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. You will play a key role in reporting to funding partners and securing necessary resources for our innovative projects, while also managing hours reporting to enhance project planning and resource allocation.

Moreover, your insights will contribute to discussions around financing for TidalKite initiatives, as well as ESG reporting, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability.

As your day concludes, you will reflect on the diverse tasks accomplished, each contributing to the overarching goal of advancing SeaQurrent's mission.

Who You Are:

  • You possess extensive financial expertise, complemented by a collaborative mindset and meticulous attention to detail. With a minimum of five years in a similar capacity and a strong academic foundation in finance or business economics, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are results-oriented.
  • Your proactive nature enables you to pinpoint financial risks and opportunities, and you uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Dutch and a solid command of English are essential for this position.
