Job Description:

As a Service Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our service and providing a high-quality welcome experience to our guests. You will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for. Your knowledge of our menu and wine list will be essential in meeting our guests' expectations.

  • You will be responsible for the daily operations of our restaurant, including staff management and training.
  • You will work closely with our chefs to ensure that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • You will be the point of contact for our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
  • Hotel training and experience in a similar establishment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Motivated and organized, with a keen sense of teamwork
  • Fluency in English is recommended (preferably Dutch as a first or second language)
