Regional Performance Excellence Manager

About the Role
The Regional Performance Excellence Manager will lead the regional deployment and sustainment of Performance Excellence (PE) and drive improvements in revenue and cost through the development of efficient processes, utilizing the zero-loss mindset through PE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute on the short and long term PE&CI strategy for the different Business Units and the region.
- Ensure that ADM processing plants are sufficiently prepared for the launch of PE implementations and to manage the ongoing deployment and sustainability of the PE system.
- Support, coach & mentor the different BU and regional operations leaders to make PE 'the way of working'.
- Builds strong relationships and manage expectations of Operations, Technical Teams and Corporate Leadership.
About You
The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in manufacturing/processing and/or Continuous Improvement and experience in operations leadership in a regional capacity. They will also have experience in a continuous improvement system (ADM PE, Lean, or TPM).
