About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at VidaXL. As a Dutch-speaking customer service expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Dutch and English verbal and written skills are very good
  • Experienced in client contact
  • Known for your enthusiastic personality
  • Clever in working with computers and MS Office
  • Ability to come to VidaXL Venlo office once per month
  • Living in the Netherlands
