We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Supply Chain organization in Lichtenvoorde. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality performance improvement of our supplier base.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and drive quality performance improvement of suppliers
- Conduct supplier audits to assess quality systems and process control
- Conduct product and process audits to ensure compliance with Marel requirements
- Review and approve documentation such as FMEAs and control plans
- Collaborate with the Marel organization in supplier selection and development
- Lead quality issue resolution and ensure effective problem-solving

About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist who is passionate about quality and has a strong background in manufacturing. You will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment. You will also have excellent English skills, both written and verbal, and experience with various tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, 8D, RCA, PPAP, etc.
Travel Requirements
This role will require travel and work with suppliers both locally and abroad.
